Two Events of ‘Polskie Klub Stereoskopowy’ in 2015

In 2015, I had the chance to join two events (meeting) of Polish Club Stereophoto – Polskie Klub Stereoskopowy. Both events were held at two different cities in Poland, Otwóck & Sandomierz. The main activities were 3D photo session in day time and then continue with meeting/disuccsion and watching 3D photo/movie in the evening.

Di tahun 2015 ini, saya berkesempatan mengikuti dua acara (pertemuan) dari Group Stereofoto Polandia, yaitu Polskie Klub Stereoskopowy. Kedua acara itu berlangsung pada dua kota yang berbeda, Otwock dan Sandomierz. Acara utamanya adalah berburu 3D photo pada siang hari dan berdiskusi dan presentasi hasil foto 3D pada malam harinya.

Otwóck (8~10 May 2015)

This city is not too far from Warsaw. So, I decided to ride my bike to Otwock. The country-side, nature and weather of spring were very nice for riding a bicycle.

Kota ini tidak jauh dari Warsaw, jadi saya memutuskan untuk mengendarai sepeda menuju kota Otwóck. Suasana pedesaan, alam dan musim semi, sangat indah untuk bersepeda.

Here are my notes from this event, First, I am officially joined the group. Second, I learn new things and get inspired by their activities, such as: how to make holographic image by using a common laser beam ( laser pointer). It was interesting and valuable knowledge for me. During the photo sessions, one of the members depends on only single camera (using cha-cha technique) but his 3D photo results were always as good as using twin cameras. He inspired me to use cha-cha technique frequently. The last point in my note, language was not a big barrier when joined this group. As people said, pictures say more than words.

Hal-hal yang saya catat dari pertemuan ini. Pertama, saya resmi telah bergabung di group ini. Kedua, saya mendapatkan pengetahuan dan inspirasi baru, seperti bagaimana cara membuat gambar holografi hanya dengan sinar laser umumnya (laser pointer untuk presentasi). Selama sesi foto-foto, saya melihat ada anggota yang ternyata tidak mengandalkan kamera stereo melainkan hanya memakai satu kamera dengan teknik cha-cha saja dan hasilnya setara seperti memakai kamera stereo. Ini memberi semangat kepada saya untuk sering membuat foto 3D meski ketika membawa satu kamera. Terakhir, bahasa bukan halangan besar untuk bergabung di group ini.

Sandomierz (16~18 Oct 2015)

It needs 3 hour to reach this city by bus (I rode Polski Bus) from Warsaw. We were little bit unlucky at this time because rainy & cloudy weather were never end during this event. Outdoor photo was almost difficult to perform, It was better to cover my camera from rain. Therefore, indoor photos (in museum) mostly appear in my album link.

Memerlukan 3 jam untuk mencapai kota ini (saya memakai Polski Bus) dari Warsawa. Kita tidak begitu beruntung pada acara ini karena hampir tiap jam hujan dan berawan. Sulit melakukan foto outdoor. Lebih baik menjaga kamera dari pada basah karena hujan. Sehingga foto-foto dalam museum lebih banyak di tautan album foto di bawah

Interesting notes about the city: The old city has countor. Our accomodation was in old town where it is in the hill area. So, we can see the landscape view of the city. Buildings were build on slope land. Other than interesting landscape, during our visit, there was outdoor photos exhibtion about Papua in the old city center.

Catatan menarik tentang kota ini. Kota ini memiliki dataran berbukit. Tempat kami menginap di kota tua, di mana posisinya lebih tinggi sehingga dapat melihat pemandangan kota dari atas. Bangunan-bangunan berdiri di tanah yang miring (berbukit). Selain lanskap yang menarik, selama kunjungan di koto ini, terdapat pameran foto mengenai Papua yang adakan di lapangan pusat kota tua.
